An Evening of Inter-Celtic Music
Celebrating the Musical Crossover between Ireland & Northumberland: featuring Gemma Irving (singer/guitarist), Ian Pearson (fiddle), Des Hurley (fiddle)and Chris O’Malley (keyboards) plus special guests Des Cafferkey (flutes and pipes) and Sean Maguire (flute and whistles).
Leeds based but originally from the North East, Gemma Irving and Ian Pearson are gaining a following in the Leeds unplugged scene. Gemma and Ian are joined by well-established local musicians, Des Hurley and Chris O’Malley and Des Cafferkey and Sean Maguire (Clew Bay Pipe Band, County Mayo) who present a selection of traditional tunes from the world of Irish music.’
