Craft Stalls opportunities at May day

Would you like a craft stall at our fantastic May Day Event?

Inkwell will be holding it’s annual May Day event on:
Sunday 4th May 2014.
2pm - 8pm

We are an exciting art space in the heart of Leeds 7 supporting well-being and positive mental health, providing services to our local community and people right across Leeds. We are a Leeds Mind project and our Mayday event is a fundraiser which will help raise crucial funds so we can continue the valuable work that we do. This will be our fourth MayDay event and each year they prove to be more successful.

May Day has a real festival and family feel, with Real Ale, live music on stage, vegetarian cafe, arts and crafts activities, childrens circus and art exhibition.

The event attracts around 400+ visitors and we are looking to add to the festival flavour with craft stalls selling quality handmade arts and crafts.

Stalls cost £15 per table
Tables are approx 6ft x 2.5ft.
Cover will be provided under gazebos.
Crafts aimed at children and lower cost items tend to do very well.
We do not accept stall holders wanting to sell food or drink.
No dogs allowed on site
Only 1 guest per stall holder is permitted entry* ( see note below)
Set up available from 12.30pm on Sunday 4th May
Car Parking next to site ( access into the garden is down some steps)

*Please Note: We have limited spaces available so please book your spot early. Stall holders are allowed one extra person entry in addition to themselves. Any other visitors will need to purchase a ticket but please buy early as tickets always sell out in advance.
