Instrumental Acoustic Night

On the last Friday of every month Inkwell hosts ‘Instrumental’ which is organised in collaboration with Arts and Minds and Cloth Cat bringing you the best up and coming acoustic musicians in Yorkshire and from further a field. With the chilled out vibes Inkwell’s art space creates, Real Ale provided by Ridgeside Brewery and the live music on offer, Instrumental is fast becoming the top acoustic night in Leeds.
Money raised at the gigs pay for music sessions in NHS mental health settings and proceeds from the bar help Inkwell to continue our services: providing a safe creative space and activities to people experiencing mental health issues.

Cloth Cat are a charity based in inner-city Leeds that uses music training to help local people improve the quality of their lives by helping individuals to find avenues into employment by providing the opportunity to learn a variety of skills and to develop their musical talent. By doing this, they also provide a basis for empowerment, confidence building and making music contacts that will become ever more useful as their abilities continue to grow.

Cloth Cat runs loads of courses and workshops from songwriting to music production. Visit their website to find out more..
