May Day Craft Stalls

Would you like a craft stall at our fantastic May Day Event this year?

We are busy preparing for our largest fundraising event of the year - May Day is back!

This year our May day event will take place on….

Sunday 3rd May 2pm - 8pm

 

In previous events the stalls have been an exciting and successful part of the day and we would love you to be a part of this years May day celebrations. Many local artisans from across Yorkshire will be helping to make the day even more colourful with a selection of their handmade goods on sale. We are expecting 400+ people to attend, mainly from the surrounding area of Chapel Allerton and publicity will be put out right across Leeds. It is very much a family day and stalls selling lower priced children’s crafts, jewellery and toys have done particularly well.

 

We do not accept stalls wishing to sell food or drink.

Stalls are £20 each (6ft x 2.5ft trestle tables) These will be outdoor but cover under gazebos is provided.

The event will run from 2pm - 8pm

Access into the grounds is available for set up from 12.30 pm

There is a car park next to the garden.

Stall holders are allowed one guest with them into the grounds. Extra guests will require a ticket to enter.

 

There are only a few stall spaces available so please get in touch soon.
