New Courses at Inkwell Spring 2016
To welcome in the new year we have two brand new courses for you to join. If you fancy learning new skills, meeting new people or improve your mental health and well being in a safe space then these could be for you!
Set and costume design.
Five week course
Starts Thursday 18th February 2016.
9.30am - 12.30pm
Cost £12 for the full course
We will be exploring the process of designing sets and costumes for a play. We will be looking at a script and focusing on character relationships, the theme of the script and your responses to it.
You will learn the skill of model making, storyboarding, technical drawing and designing costumes.
We will look into the history of Set and Costume design and dive into works of professional designers in the industry.
We will also focus on how to communicate with other departments in the industry and their roles in the process.

Felting Classes
If arts and crafts is more your thing, we also have a new felting class starting on Friday mornings with textile artist Natalia Sauvignon. here you will learn how to wet and needle felt to create beautiful and original wool sculptures, jewellery and artwork.

10.30am - 12.30pm
No booking is required you can just turn up.
Cost: £5 waged/ £3.50 unwaged
